Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Daily Drive Essentials purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to start a return: Email dailydriveessentials@zohomail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return and send you instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
